HAZMAT Team Sent To Des Moines School

A mysterious illness struck many students at a physical education class yesterday, sending them on an emergency trip to the hospital via school bus. In all, 22 children are involved and at least two adults.

It is unclear what caused them to be sick with vomiting, dizziness and nausea. The details are sketchy but at least two children have been released.

A hazardous materials team has been sent to the school to try and determine the cause and to rule out hazardous materials release.
