Some time ago, on a Thursday, 1/24/2008, we brought to our readers and subscribers the initial story about the FBI Agent's story of his time befriending and interviewing the War Criminal Saddam Hussein while in captivity.
I often wondered since that time why it was that the Lame Stream Media would not bring this data to the American People. The story was originally released by CBS News and seeing that I monitor about 500 conservative blogs and the Top 10 Leftinistra blogs, I was initially clued into the story by Don Surber.
Part 1 video is here and Part 2 interview is here. Originally aired on 60 Minutes, the Lame Stream Media has been eerily silent oon this issue. What would be the causation of such silence? Could it be that the "Bush lied and thousands died" mantra/meme would be irreparably damaged and shown to be a politically driven and contrived lie? What would become of the "peace movement" then? What would become of the "Bush War" meme?

Coupled with that, we had Ray Robison on our Blog Talk Radio show and he added credence to the WMD issue and the ties linking Saddam Hussein to international terrorism. This to has been widely ignored because it goes against the Leftinistra Agenda. Ray also mentioned in the interview the John Luftus report as well.
A while back, Don Surber also made an observation that when we invaded Iraq, Iran gave up their WMDs.
This Administration has been completely inadequate in informing the American People that which has been known for quite some time. Had this data been published and made known quite some time ago, perhaps Mike Huckabee would not have made a fool of himself comparing the WMDs to Easter Eggs.

On Sunday, "60 Minutes" will air Scott Pelley's interview of George Piro, the FBI agent who was assigned to interrogate Saddam in prison. The smoking segment:
Piro: "He told me he initially miscalculated ... President Bush's intentions. He thought the United States would retaliate with the same type of attack as we did in 1998...a four-day aerial attack. He survived that one and he was willing to accept that type of attack."
Pelley: "He didn't believe the U.S. would invade?"
Saddam lied and thousands died...Piro: "No, not initially."Impeach Saddam Hussein.
