So the might aircraft carrier is being decommissioned and will be turned into razor blades. OK. Fine. Why then, did Senator Ted Kennedy have the Navy paint the bloody thing to the tune of $3M for the Big Show in Boston?
If he cared so much about the poor and entitlement programs, why waste $3M to paint razor blades?
