One Marine's View

If you have an aversion to straight talk from a Marine, DO NOT click the links below. If you do anyway and are offended, don’t come whining to me. I am not a Marine nor am I a Former Marine. I am just an Old Warrior put out to pasture.

The Gathering of Eagles yesterday was a SMASHING success in many ways. The Leftinistra were completely and totally surprised that they were OUTNUMBERED 3 to 1 and some reports put it at 6 to 1 Eagles. In either case, this is the FIRST time that I can remember that Patriots out gunned the Leftinistra.

Perhaps the tide is turning and that TRUE Patriots (the Silent Majority) are coming out of their closets and are going to overcome the Vocal Minority. God, one can only hope so. Anyway, here is from a friend of mine and he is rather crude. Then again, he has EVERY RIGHT to be so. He has earned it…carry on.

St Patrick’s Day began early with temps of 32 and wind chill creating temps into the high teens and 20s. But the night before at Walter Reed Hospital, snow covered the ground and Troop supporters out numbered the “Pinkos” 3 to 1 and of course they left early because it was too chilly for their tootsies.

When I arrived at the Viet Nam Memorial at 0930 there was easily 9,000 supporters there and maybe 500 “idiots” milling around. Then one of “them” handed me one of their prefabricated mass produced “traitor” signs as if I wanted to carry the [BLEEP] stick, I broke it over my knee and threw it to his feet. He got the point.

Click the link above for the entire read…it’ll do the body good!!

And here are some more links…hope they all work…

Thank you to all of you bloggers who got the word out, Gathering of Eagles, Patriot Guard Riders from all over the States, Veterans and the thousands of supporters of all ages that came out to make a difference, you saved the monuments and the dignity of the men they represent.
