Dan Collins at Protein Wisdom put an excerpt from the piece written by Jane Smiley. He describes it as "proving how acerbic and alienated the cosmopolitan have become" and he is correct in that assessment. She has a propensity to the dumb even though she is an educated woman - educated beyond her intelligence levels of understanding, I am sure. (Read the rest)
